We will lay a solid foundation of Sales Methodology, organize existing enablement content, identify gaps, help fill the gaps, and set cadences for training.
We'll kick off our time together by learning more about you, your team, and your vision. Above the Best will complete a Needs assessment for your teams, learning profiles for each individual, and explore existing resources. We will work with you to set our vision, goals, and KPIs.
Now that we know you, your team, and your vision for the enablement program, we will put some structure in place- Training /meeting cadences will be established and implemented, one-on-one coaching will begin, and resource building will start to fill the gaps.
We've hit our stride and now let's step it up a notch. With a focus on process efficiencies, we will continue our training/meeting cadences while working on building your onboarding program. Just for good measure, we will complete a mid-program reassessment to make sure everything is still aligned.
As we move towards our last quarter, we will work on creating an environment for a smooth transition- whether you continue to use Above the Best or move into an internal hire, you'll end this year with Individual Professional Development Plans and a Continuation Plan. If internal is the direction you head. we will even help hire and train a Sales Enablement Specialist.
